Here is a ~portrait~ of Jessica Browder, my buddy for the first in-class. Jessica is a biology major (and aspiring med student -- impressive!) from Delray Beach near Boca Raton. Something totally interesting about her: she's a twin. Unfortunately, her sister goes to FSU. Poor thing.
The focus on your subject is off. If you look closely at her eyes they are not in focus. I love the repetition of shape in this shot specifically how the staircase mimics Jessica's arm/shoulder on the right. Good tonal range too.
