As far as the quality of the images, all of your images with the exception of the second to last image are underexposed. There needs to be a direct light source. If you'd like you should add more brightness and contrast using an adjustment layer. The focus is off in image 1, 5 and the last image. Are you shooting with a tripod? If not, you need to use one indoors with low light.

looks like the exposure is low in some of them!
